Happy Holidays!

No matter how different a Who may appear, he will always be welcome with holiday cheer.

Happy Wednesday!

This week brings us just that much closer to holiday celebrations! Hanukkah starts this Sunday! Then we have Winter Solstice (Yule), Christmas, Kwanzaa, Boxing Day, and New Years! It's starting to get busy!

Look Who is coming to the Market!

We have a special guest coming this week! I'm so excited about them! We hope you can join us for cocoa and cookies with them and photo opportunities! The weather looks like it's going to cooperate with us!

This time of year is really busy for many of us. With lots of holiday plans with family in the books, it's important to remember to also take a breather and not get too overwhelmed with planning and doing. Remember to set your boundaries and make sure that you are listening to your body when you have lots of plans, these rules can help you to not become overwhelmed. This is the time of year we typically spend lots of money, too, and that can hurt our mental health just as much as our bank account. Our boundaries extend to setting a reasonable budget for holiday plans as well. Here are a couple of articles that explain some of this. https://www.psychologytoday.com/us/blog/logged-in-and-stressed-out
